I had a lot of fun running in maryland, came out for the open 400M for the first time and ran sub 55. The 200M was a great race but I still slipped. I also got first place in the 100 running 11.14

Attended the West Chester Henderson Invite and had a blast. with a Triple Jump of 44'8 won the triple jump competition. We also achieved state qualifying times and won both the 4x1 and 4x4 events. A Freshman only. (Third leg for the 4x4) @CDEASTTRACK
