Rising senior @LailaDupuch is coming off a successful junior year where she dropped her 400m PR by nearly a second to 56.71. This summer she’s working on her speed and lowered her 100m PR from 13.04 to 12.60.

Crazy!.
Imagine a 16 year old Sophomore in High School running. 200m- 19.75.400m- 43.88.Mile- 3:45.6.5k- 12:46. Those are the equivalent times to what Cooper Lutkenhaus just ran in the 800m (1:42.27) as a 16 year old. Insanity.

Congratulations Azaria Waller for placing 4th at the AAU Club National Championships in the girls 15/16yr old division. This was Azaria’s 1st year running the 800m and she finished the season with a time of 2:18.18. This 2029 athlete has a bright future ahead. @Rockledge_Track

Rising senior Sanau Jhagroo is back to.Full strength after an early.injury derailed her junior season. All of her PR marks are from her sophomore season. Today was her 1st practice since early may and she hit a new PR in the STJ with 24’7”. 👀

Unsigned senior @ayliffe_derion hit a new PR today in the 200m. He was 1 of 3 Rockledge sprinters to run sub 21.85 in the 200m today. He 2nd leg on the 4x100 relay team that ran 41.18. He also ran on the 4x400 relay.
