The best parents 💔
On Tuesday afternoon, my parents were involved in a head-on collision with a driver who appears to have swerved into their lane. Tragically, both of them died, my mum on the scene, and my dad a short while later at the hospital.

I tried a HIIT class this morning to complement my running and was reminded of what a privilege it is to be physically active. I am so grateful for the gift of life, and the ability and privilege of moving my body. So much joy!.
