It’s great that defense is making a comeback in the #NBAFinals but you can see the impact of not having much for a generation. Way too many moving screens, clutching, grabbing & banging into people not called while ticky-tac fouls are. Understandable why so few are watching.

Hard to believe it's already been 1 month. Still surreal. Hasn't fully sunk in. For those that lost a mom or loved one recently - I share your pain and grief. For those caring for an aging parent with a chronic disease, I feel your frustration. Know that what you do matters.

What might have been. That will likely be the best defense UConn sees this tournament. Game there for taking but not nearly enough offense. UConn defense solid but lots of missed layups, open midrange and 3/13 from 3 - most open looks. You just can’t do that against them.

Looking forward to USC vs UConn Mon night. Maybe one where the unexpected happens. There is talent all around. Would be so awesome to see SC in a FF and have all four #1 seeds for both the men & women. And please let it be decided on the court and not by ref whistles.

Little things matter in big games. Settling for low %age midrange jump shots instead of attacking the rim earlier. Ending the first half shooting too soon. In the end too little too late for UofA but great season considering it all, especially losing Krivas early on.

If you are Zona you have to make sure you get the last shot in that half. Big mistake going that early and they pay giving up that last 3.

Some say “that’s basketball injuries happen, but teams (but ucla) have been intentionally hard fouling, running into Juju for several games. Refs could’ve set tone on 1st hard foul on Kiki but didn’t. They let it continue with hit on Malia. Players deserve better officiating.
