I was feeling good and wanted to continue with a run but my galaxy buds won't charge anymore. Can't really afford new headphones so I'm sad again. At least the last time I got to use them was one hell of a workout. So much shit going on, I'm exhausted.

Note to self: When dealing with some things in life, you won't face them in the gym until after your workout is done. Almost 2hrs today. I was exhausted but that extra 40 minutes was where I felt that therapeutic energy.

Guess it's time to go into a hole for awhile to reevaluate who I am as a person. I'll be honest, this feeling of "I don't deserve to be happy" is kind of getting old. It's ruining my relationships and making me a shitty person.
