I think we/you are talking about empowering the population of the world to have the tools to imagine and create the world we want. We know that today the 0.01% have the power. The question is how to grow #CreatingTheFuture to achieve this capacity.

"What ensures the values?" 1st: it is either a person or an entity. An entity (association) is immortal. If it is left to the community the integrity will become fractured. 2nd: the values have to be expressed in words. 3rd: regardless it will evolve/change. #CreatingTheFuture

Hildy, "...it needs to be somebody's job." Might it be better to say, "someone needs to be accountable"? Then accountable to whom or what (entity)? And for what? #CreatingTheFuture I'd say yes because that manages values.

It seems important for the people 'in the space' to hear what everyone 'feels' (as apposed to 'thinks') because we all know more than we know we know. Some of that is accessed through feelings. #CreatingTheFuture
