Life will get better real soon for you. I don't know how, when or why; but I know there will come a time where you will be loving the life you live. Life is cruel and an absolute obstacle to get through at times, but I believe you can make it through if nobody else has told you.

TL;DR: I played Destiny 2 since day 1. I stepped back and now believe its greed and lackluster experiences are not worth the money they are asking for. Past games have made gaming better for me. Past toxicity drove me away from enjoying D2 and I cannot put any more time into it.

I honestly think Destiny 2 should not have been a free game. It should have stayed as £40 or £50 when it first came out just to make expansions cheaper. Yes, I like the fact the game is free, but at the cost of stuff being milked and higher priced expansions? It's really wild.

because of past toxicity from Raids. They are the pinnacle of the game and I really wanted to play them, but it has driven me off playing raids from past toxicity and I don't want to endure that again. I come to have fun, not getting shit-talked for trying to learn.

the best out of the game and get loot that is going to be outdated and irrelevant to use anymore. I stopped playing Destiny 2 because it got repetitive and felt like a chore. Finding players is impossible because I get bad anxiety from finding experienced players. .

Yes, times have changed. Destiny 2 costs nothing but it's bare bones when you don't have the latest expansions, expansions cost ridiculous amounts and it's now got to the point where you are forced to find strangers or convince friends to buy this game & expansions just to get. .

Halo 3, for instance, you had to get 49 achievements (1000 Gamerscore) to unlock the Security Helmet. And best of all? The Katana Sword on your Spartan's back. Players who earned that piece of armour were real gamers, not players with big-wallets.

Like, yes, they did this with the Vault of Glass remake where you have to beat the raid and to have the ability to see the option, but you still gotta pay money for the shaders. Why not just add them into the VoG challenges instead? Why do things have to involve money everytime?.

What happened to actually completing something challenging and earning it without having it cost money to buy it? Having to do all that hard work just to end up paying for it is milking to the lowest. Bungie will literally do anything to make money off of people it's really sad.
