Today’s #Loaf -300g @CotswoldFlour swbf, 100g Eight grain, 50g wholemeal Spelt and 50g Cotswold crunch. Spritzed with water and sprinkled with sesame seeds, baked in one of my deep 3lb tins. Lemon #traybake cake with lemon icing and more sticky #Gingercakes. #FirstTMaster

Just taken this Sourdough loaf out of the oven. Made with @CotswoldFlour flour - 350g Churchill white, 100g Bibury Barley and 50g Cotswolds crunch. Smells amazing

#Pieday has changed again. Corned beef, leek n potato pies. Sausage Rolls (with cheese) Cheese Scones and a Quiche #Homemade Then the family come in and it starts to disappear fast 😳

#DevonSplits. Finger buns, made using a Tangzhong - filled with raspberry jam and whipped cream, with a drizzle of jam on top. Dusted with sugar snow. #DevonshireSplits

Carrot & walnut #bundt baked in @NordicWareUK Autumn leaves pan, with enough mix for a mini elegant party Bundt, with fondant & marzipan 🥕. Mini Christmas cakes, using cookie stamps for the fondant. #NationalBundtDay with a selection of recently baked Bundts too.
