Swansea RFC are so very saddened to hear of the passing of Ian Buckett (#2210). He made a total of 186 appearances for us, scoring 3 tries (one being the quickest ever recorded by a replacement in a Heineken Cup match!) Our sincere condolences to Ian’s loved ones 🤍

Since joining the coaching team at Trebanos youth, it really has made me look back at how special those years were for me and the boys my age. Massive part of any players development on and off the field. The start of @TrebanosRugby journey to the championship 👌🏼

@ProstateUK It’s been a tough 7 weeks going through all the PSA blood tests, MRI scans & biopsy. Sadly I found out on Wednesday I have prostate cancer but I have got it early & it’s contained in the prostate. My advice to men over 50 is to get tested asap as I had no symptoms ❤️

Hell of a night at the Phil Bennett “BennyFoundation” charity night in Cardiff themed as Wales 1987RWC reunion (3rd in World) it was great to see so many of my old mates, would have been better if they were all there but next time hopefully. Well done Craig Quinnel MC he was tops

A massive shock tonight after I was invited to a hall of fame dinner at Cardiff Stadium as a guest of Rob Cole, I had no idea I was there to be inducted in the Hall of Fame for League & Union. And having my ex college butties and Jim Mills there to give me my award was so special
