Watching flocks by night doesn’t pay well, so a pie was all they could afford. Didn’t have their stamps. They took a sick day to go to Bethlehem & got fired for that. They all moved to Lark Harbour. & that, boys & girls, is the story of the first Sheppards Pie. True story😂

Wife is sick this Christmas & not feeling up to cooked dinner, but requested I make her Sheppards Pie. The Sheppard’s came to see the Baby Jesus, so technically it is a Christmas dish! The 3 Wise Men brought gifts of gold, frankincense & myrrh. The Sheppards brought pie. 1/?

Well our snow-woman (made with my Granddaughter) has developed a pretty bad starboard list. Don’t think she’ll make it through the night. Strong winds and -17c didn’t help.

Those 7 are taking up nearly 1/2 of the ER capacity because there are no available inpatient beds on the floors. How a brand new facility could be designed without required capacity is beyond me. Our healthcare system is badly broken and will only get worst. #nlpoli 3/3

While sitting with him in his ER room, I saw meals being delivered to several rooms. I then realized that they were actually inpatients. I asked a Nurse (he was a travel nurse from Alberta) how many inpatients were in ER and he said 7. There are 16 ER rooms. #nlpoli 2/3
