The curvy nature of the eastern end of the route makes a chase fairly simply but the higher speeds on the western end make getting ahead a challenge even with an 80mph speed limit on the interstate.

This route, known as the Rockies to the Red Rocks, passes through a wide variety of sights, from the foothills of the mountains near Denver, snow at the Moffatt tunnel, and desert near Moab.
