Sometimes you just have to slow life down and let the moment hit you. 🌿 This was one of those days in the Ozarks… river crossing, fully loaded with camp gear, nowhere to be but right here. There’s something about these trails — the quiet, the water, the echo of tires over rock

Worship Wednesdays drops TONIGHT at 6:30 PM! This week I’m sharing one of my favorite worship songs — ā€œYou Deserve It Allā€ by Josh Baldwin. Join me on the Road Rash Off Road Podcast as we slow down, breathe deep, and lift up some praise out under God’s creation.

I’m dreaming of a white Christmas… ā„ļøāœØ Last year we got the rare Georgia snow day, and you better believe we made the most of it — Jeep in 4WD, Luna on a sled, and a whole lot of laughter behind us. Now I’m just over here hoping we get another snow like that this year…

Out here by the river, listening to the water roll by and watching the sun fade behind the trees, I’m reminded of just how much I have to be thankful for. šŸ§”šŸ”„ I’m thankful for God’s goodness, the breath in our lungs, family, and the freedom we get to live out every single day.

This adventure at Hawk Pride was everything we love about getting off the grid, wide-open landscapes, quiet moments in the woods, and the freedom of calling the trail home for a while. There’s something about waking up in the rooftop tent with the light breaking through the trees

Sometimes the trail gives you a view that stops everyone in their tracks. We pulled over at this overlook along the Georgia Traverse, stepped out, and were met with miles and miles of rolling Cohutta Wilderness—layer after layer of hills fading into the distance.

There’s a certain kind of magic you only get when your campsite sits right next to a cold mountain river and Cooper’s Creek delivered big. The Jeep tucked under the trees, camp all set up, and that steady sound of water moving through the woods made this spot feel unreal.

One of the most unexpected and powerful stops on the Georgia Traverse came deep in the Cohutta Wilderness, where we pulled over at the historic Dyer gravesite. Dozens of markers from the early to mid-1800s, all from the Dyer family, quietly resting under the trees.

There’s nothing like rolling into camp, opening the tent, and hearing the sound of a mountain stream right beside you. This spot on the Georgia Traverse felt like a hidden pocket of peace—tucked back in the trees, surrounded by nothing but fresh air, good light

There’s something special about finding that perfect campsite—the one you stumble onto after a long day on the trail, look around, and everyone just knows… this is the spot. On our Georgia Traverse run this past week, Cooper’s Creek delivered exactly that.

šŸ”„ NEW VIDEO DROP! šŸ”„ Hawk Pride Off-Road Park in Alabama did not disappoint. We went out there to take on their newest Jeep Badge of Honor trail — Uphill Both Ways — but what we found was a whole park loaded with rocky climbs, muddy ruts, and trails that just don’t quit.

šŸŒ„ Overland Essentials – Day 3 This one might not be a necessity, but it’s hands-down one of my favorite upgrades — the Naturnest 270 Awning. It’s not just for camping… I’ve used it everywhere — tailgates, church drop-offs, random get-togethers. Quick setup, massive coverage,

šŸ› ļø Overland Essentials – Day 2 Let’s talk safety and protection — something you hope you’ll never need… until you do. If you caught my Ozarks adventure, you know I fractured my ankle and had to make a splint and wrap it using my first aid and trauma kit.
