4/ Layer 2 – Parallel querying: Worker wallets fan out calls to all endpoints in parallel Each returns raw game data (final scores, status flags, timestamps) Total wall-clock: a few seconds end-to-end APIs don’t even know they’re part of an oracle consensus.

2/ The market emits a question hash + metadata on-chain. A RION agent picks it up and builds a discovery query: league: NBA type: final score delay tolerance: e.g. 60s min sources: 10 This seeds Layer 1.
