It's probably not the reg staffs fault, or the security staff's fault likely either. These are organizational issues and decisions being made at a higher level than line level workers so I am not angry at them. In fact many of the staffers I spoke to were sympathetic but the con.

Incredibly frustrating when you pay for reg at @megaplexcon and you can't get it because the line is crazy long. The staff then said we're not entitled to go to events even though we paid for a full reg because that "technically" is for 3 days and doesn't count for day 0.
