Very proud moment for me as a trainer. 2 of the first girls we ever started training as middle schoolers are heading to their freshman years of college at @nyuwomenshoops and @usfsaintswbb 🤯💪🏽 We are so proud of all of the hardwork these 2 have put in!!!

It was a pleasure 2 watch @Riley_ski23 in a HS game one last time as she participated in the IBCA All-Star game in Pontiac, IL. These last 4 yrs was an amazing ride 2 see her grow as a player and as a person. And to see her add 1 more award 2 her résumé for leadership. #🐐

Our 2024 Rockets 17s came to practice last night to scrimmage our 2025 Rockets 17 Elite 40 squad. Many thanks to Riley Cwinski, Sofia Corral, Maggie Jarzemsky, Sofia O’Sullivan, Brooke Bafia and Emily Troia. It was great seeing you ladies!
