I walked for three hours, and by the time I was done my feet were sore. Did I push my limit? Maybe not, but I was at my limit. vVv

The zoo had 180 different species of animals from various continents. I felt happy being present with the animals, observing their mannerisms, whilst being surrounded by lush greenery.

After two nights of poor sleep while fighting sickness, I feel my mental alertness and focus are lowered, and I’m more easily swayed by temptations like scrolling on my phone and watching YouTube. I’m practicing delayed gratification to recalibrate my brain. vVv

My intentions were to speak my truth by saying what I like/want, and assert my boundaries by saying "no". I've stuck to it well, and observed my thoughts and emotions (fear & shame) that arise out of situations, and saved them in Discord to tackle my limiting beliefs.

I've been traveling the past week with family members who are sick. My sleep quality suffered due to noise, but I did my best to stick to my routine, and embraced a warrior mindset by focusing on getting sleep, instead of blaming others for my circumstances.

My immune system has been activated for the past four days, fighting off an illness without fully falling sick. I attribute this to healthy habits, with good sleep at the center of it all. vVv

My intention setting practice has been to bring myself back to the present. I believe this is already habitual, and my daily meditation practice reinforces it, so I will switch to a different intention that challenges my limiting belief of conditional attachment.
