Hello Pittsburgh! . I'm excited to share that I'm joining the team at CBS-owned @KDKA as a reporter. It's great to be back in my home state - in a city I've long been fond of. I'll still be shooting many of my own stories - which I've always enjoyed.

Guy House, the suspect who was shot and killed, has a lengthy criminal record. In 2022, while working in Lexington, I covered an hours-long manhunt for House in the middle of a busy highway interchange.

Never underestimate the capacity of a TV photojournalist/MMJ to edit together a full TV story, which may normally take 45 minutes, in less than 10 minutes - to get it on-air in time.
Never underestimate the human capacity to complete 3 days of work in 45 minutes to meet a deadline.

The Roberto Clemente Bridge is so crowded that Picklesburgh staff are attempting to prevent people from entering the street portion of the bridge from the downtown side, making foot traffic one-way. You have to enter from the PNC Park side, staff say. @KDKA
