Dear trader, stop trying to sell to your buy poi or buy to your sell poi. 9 times out of 10 you’ll get stopped out and when price finally comes to your point of interest. You no longer have capital to take that trade or worse you chicken out because of emotions still lingering on

Acknowledge your mistakes I used to spend impulsively, avoid tracking my expenses, and think making more money would fix everything. Lesson: avoiding the problem doesn’t solve it.

Money used to stress me out. I either ignored it or chased quick wins, and every time I felt like I was failing. I realized the problem wasn’t money itself — it was my relationship with it.
