None of the emails were accepted by Spic Games, so had to do account recovery for them. @EpicGames I think you need to make it easier for non-tech savvy parents to redeem V-Bucks. It’s way too many steps.

Why is it so hard to redeem V-Bucks for a PlayStation account. Trying to help out my friend’s kids and get to the Epic Screen log in with their PSN account then it asks me to log-in with email address used to create Epic account, which I do and it tells me it’s incorrect!.
