Hi @TfL considering you've spent the last week on strike and now the tube still isn't working (even though you're allegedly back at work - forgive me if I don't notice the difference) I'd like to know why I'm paying the most expensive fares in the world for this so-called service

The stupidest queuing system at Whitechapel @sainsburys Tailbacks through the shop because there is only one queue for all the self-checkouts, and staff being rude to customers. Get your money back from the consultant that told you that was a good idea.
