Having one of those days where I am feeling low in myself and lacking confidence as a nurse. Just got to get through this shift and then enjoy 8 days off 🤷♀️

Will never understand why people are taking the opportunity of our Queen dying to insult and degrade Megan Markle? The amount of horrible things I’ve seen written about her is disgusting. This is a time to mourn and reflect on a loss felt around the world.
