Since June 22, $PRTH has announced a $40m share buyback program and refinanced its debt (lower rate, extended maturity), and all the stock has done is drift lower by 11% (RTY Index up 5%). Just so little interest in value, small cap right now.

This is a pretty material debt refinancing for $PRTH. The 100 bps improvement in interest cost will reduce annual interest by $10m and increase earnings by 10%. Great job by mgmt here. Stock trading at 6x my cash EPS number now. #smallcap #StockMarket .
