Week 2 on our #TIERLite Pathway, time to dive into the wonderful world of self-care & trauma healing. We had a fab intro to the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing & started to set some positive intentions. Lovely to see such a motivated group!. #selfcare #wellbeing.

Graduation Day.What a day filled with tears, laughter, & joy as we celebrated the incredible achievements of our TIER 2025 graduates! Over the past 24 weeks, this inspiring group has shown resilience, courage, and growth and we couldn’t be prouder to have walked alongside them!

One of the ways we embrace trauma-informed practice is with protected staff wellbeing time. At our first 2025 session we discussed what we wanted to bring to the table and hoped to take away. Also some time for relaxation & reflection (yes, for some that means toilet scrubbing!)

Delighted to share that our wonderful Jenna is on secondment with the incredible Sanctuary. She will be greatly missed, but we're delighted to welcome Lee to the team! She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, experience & amazing energy. Here’s to an exciting chapter for all!.

Knowledge is power 🧠💪. This in mind our #TIERPathway have been getting their teeth into Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs this week & refreshing their understanding of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. 1-to-1s are developing nicely & we all reflected on our own pyramids of self-care 🥰
