I have a recommendation for @cava. Enroll your employees in customer service training. Before we left (without lunch) your 8th & Colo Blvd store in Denver, we waited five minutes for service. We were FIRST in line. No one said "hello," "thanks for coming in, or "We'll be with you.

The decision of @SouthwestAir to change its baggage and seating policy reminds me of "New Coke." I predict the carrier will have no choice but to return to "Classic Southwest" when it sees how many customers flee to other airlines.

5:30pm today at the upscale Cherry Creek Mall in Denver @PandaExpress. Every dish at the restaurant is empty or looks hours old. Employees scold us for not ordering from the right spot, even though no other customers are in the place. We left. Needs new management. Badly.
