Encouraging news from DHS: New numbers from September show an 84% decrease in southern border apprehensions compared to last September under Biden. It was the fifth month in a row with zero illegal migrants released into the community. Trump and Republican policies are working!

Our nation’s veterans embarked on a mission of doing something far greater than themselves. They served so that their fellow countrymen could have freedom and security. On Veterans Day, we humbly thank America’s veterans for their selfless service.

Yesterday was a beautiful day for the Veterans Day parade in Wichita. It was great to start the morning at the American Legion Post 4 pancake breakfast, benefitting the Tornado Alley Young Marines. The parade after party featured music, remarks and veteran support organizations.

Democrats continue to hold government services hostage unless Americans fund over $1 trillion in new healthcare subsidies. "It's real Americans that are being hurt because of the policies the Democrats have hoisted on them," says @RepRonEstes

Foreign countries are trying to hurt U.S.-based companies through discriminatory digital services taxes. My @WaysandMeansGOP colleagues & I will work with @USTreasury & @WhiteHouse on exploring avenues to stand up for the United States’ tax sovereignty and American consumers.

Democrats need to come to their senses and realize the damage they're causing to the lives of real Americans and others folks who are working to protect us like our TSA agents and border patrol.

If there is a Republican upset in one of the governor's races in Virginia or New Jersey today, it will be interesting to see how Democrats process the ways to extricate themselves from the corner they've backed themselves into.

One of the key demands being made by the Democrats as they continue to keep the government closed is to give health care to illegal aliens. This means $193 billion of wasteful spending would go to health care for illegal aliens.

Today is the day thousands of Kansans lose their SNAP benefits because Chuck Schumer refuses to open the government and pass a clean funding bill. This is unfair to my constituents and their fellow Americans who need this assistance.
