Thanks also to everyone who signed up to host a yard sign, make calls over the winter, and knock doors with us in the spring. #TeamPrice is growing, and we’re thrilled to have you on it.

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold and attended our Meet&Greet yesterday. I’m grateful for the chance to connect, and I especially appreciate Pleasant Ridge City Commissioners Katy Schmier and Ann Perry for organizing the event and endorsing my campaign.

Thank you to the Democrats of South Oakland County for having me as a guest speaker last night. I appreciate the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and hear from so many engaged community members.

Thank you to all who joined yesterday's town hall, and to Rep. Rheingans for sharing her public health expertise. We discussed how skyrocketing premiums threaten us all and what we can do about it. As costs rise we need leaders ready to protect access to quality, affordable care.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with students from Keller Elementary School in Royal Oak. It was so nice to be able to see their shining faces as they toured the capitol building and learned about our state’s history. I hope that they enjoyed their trip!

While our opponents attempt to further weaponize healthcare funding in their relentless hate campaign, we must organize a response. A public comment period will open in the coming weeks and we must make our voices heard, this administration cannot be allowed to erase trans youth.

Like Wynett, I believe free and fair elections are the foundation of our democracy. That’s why Democrats and progressive organizations across Michigan have come together to support her in these final weeks, and I’m proud to stand alongside them.

Earlier today, I joined volunteers in Southfield to knock doors for Wynett Guy, a write-in candidate for Southfield City Clerk. Wynett is stepping up because the only name on the ballot belongs to an election denier — and our community deserves better.

The MAGA government shutdown is putting Michigan families at risk. Their newest target? SNAP.

Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, and helped make my birthday/Halloween fundraiser a huge success. Together, we surpassed our $12,000 goal and made a real impact. Your support and generosity mean the world to me. 🎃

This week I attended the @wshdemocrats meeting. I appreciate the community members who show up and uphold our democratic values despite uncertain times. Macomb residents deserve a state senator who backs up hard work with a voting record that reflects their values.

Grateful for the groundswell of support, especially since my birthday/budget marathon. If you believe that we need voices in Lansing who are fighting extremism and not backing down, I’d love to see you at my event. Buy your ticket today, and I’ll look forward to seeing you there!

As we take time to share in grief over this loss of life we must also honor the lives of those victimized by recommitting to ending this epidemic of violence. Today’s attack only strengthens my resolve to do everything I can as a legislator to stop this from ever happening again.

As law enforcement continues their work, we may not yet know every detail of what happened, or why. But what is clear is this: four people have lost their lives, others are injured and traumatized, and an entire congregation has been shaken to its core because of gun violence.

My heart grieves with the entire Grand Blanc community today. Once again we mourn lives taken and forever changed by a mass shooting. That this happened inside a house of worship, a place so many gathered seeking peace, fellowship and hope, makes it all the more heartbreaking.
