This is ridiculous. Instead of addressing issues important to Floridians such as rising rents and condo safety, this Governor is acting like Cruella de Vil and is now going after Micky and Minnie. We need elected officials to address the issues that matter. Not distractions.

Governor DeSantis signed into law a ban on abortions after 15 weeks. The Gov and Legislature like to claim we are the "Free State of Florida" yet continue to attack a woman's right to choose, even after rape or incest. I am disappointed to see our state move in this direction.

Deeply disappointed that Gov DeSantis chose to veto the @pbcgov Disadvantaged Bus Passes & the @cityofboynton Town Square Enhanced Pedestrian Crossing. Both of these projects, totalling over $1 million went through the entire budget process and were vital for Palm Beach County.

Florida will be ending our participation in the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation will end on June 26th, 2021. This will apply to the bonus weekly $300 in federal benefits those on the program currently receive.

With less then 24 hours remaining until the end of session we now need to refocus on the “GAME”.

SB 184: The Purple Alert has passed the Florida House/Senate and is on its way to @GovRonDeSantis to be signed into law. Once in effect this new alert will go a long way in the attempt to find those with cognitive disabilities who are at risk of harm.
