I had a blast welcoming fifth graders from Mountain View Elementary School to the House Chamber this week! During their visit, we touched on government and how laws are made. The energy and enthusiasm of these kids was a great way to wrap up a busy week in the Capitol!

People living with diabetes need to know they are not walking alone - there are policymakers who care about you and your quality of life. I'm honored to introduce a #PaHouse resolution to recognize November 2025 as Diabetes Awareness Month.

I was honored to return to my alma mater, @stsdschools, this week for an intriguing townhall discussion. We discussed two bills that deal with cellphone bans in schools. I had a wonderful time speaking with students on this policy and answering questions they had!

I joined HANNA's Pantry's volunteer crew to pack and distribute groceries for nearly 350 families! With Thanksgiving coming, HANNA's Pantry is seeking turkey donations and other holiday foods. My office (4807 Jonestown Road, Suite 145) is a drop-box for this great nonprofit!

On this Veteran’s Day it was honor today to read names remembering the soldiers from the 8th U.S. Colored Troops, raised at Camp William Penn in Philadelphia. More than 1,400 names were read in total. Thanks to the National Civil War Museum staff for this opportunity.

I was thrilled to celebrate 60 years of Head Start, which has helped children and families achieve in school and in life. I also joined Rep. Tom Mehaffie in wholeheartedly supporting Pre-K in PA. Investments in early learning are essential to our success as a Commonwealth!

We held a special candy election last week. It was Reese's Peanut Butter Cups vs. Hershey's Kisses vs. Twizzlers. Hershey's Kisses was the winter with 109 ballots received! Our poll was fun, but today is Election Day and your vote can make real world change! Cast that ballot!

It was an honor to meet with Susquehanna Township HS students for the Me, Enhanced by We leadership program. Thanks to Principal Archer and Mr. Lawrence for letting me have a conversation with the students about civic engagement, how government works, and how it comes up short.
