@SKGov's own death count estimates, released today, show SK excess deaths since COVID began average 287 per quarter, or ~3450 since start of 2020. This is consistent with estimates by @MoriartyLab that SK appears to have had approximately double officially reported COVID deaths.

We recently released a digital memorial remembering some of the 1890 individuals who died during the COVID-19 pandemic in SK. Our goal was to humanize the pandemic and create a space where people can mourn collectively.
