I like X-Men, psychotherapy, and not being perceived by other human beings.

Kwannon could have fine-tuned empathy, boosted after resurrection, functioning as short-range precognition to predict others thoughts and actions-- apply it to her combat, for example #xspoilers #xmen.

should be better than the sum of its parts. I loved X-Men Red, it had strong dynamic art, strong characterisation (via DIALOGUE!) and a clear narrative while still covering many bases (Arakko, Magneto, Storm's inner conflict and dutifulness, tie-in events) #xmen #xspoilers.

Let the record state that while the artwork in Storm has been beautiful thus far there are several pages and panels that I don't think flow that well and at times I thought I'd missed a page because there's so much hopping around, and. #xmen #xspoilers.

The idealisation followed by denigration of others, cries of oppression and victimhood, projective identification, ad hominem attacks. All because someone's subjective experience of a comic book differs from yours. Genuinely concerning #xmen #xspoilers.

Know who's another wasted potential character? Mercury. Cool design, not all that common power set, traumatic background (predator X? Hello?), strong enough links to current mainstays (Laura). Lesbian. #xmen.

Me reading about abstract entities and faceless concepts while mutants remain in prison and the former leaders of multiple mutant nations mope around doing very little #xmen #xspoilers

Betsy Braddock, OG Psylocke, used to be precognitive. Was also a model, and spy. In fact pretty much every female superhero or love interest back in the day had a stint as a model and/or actress. .
okay but for the people who DO enjoy knowing lots of details and useless trivia about their fave characters… tell me a cool fact about your fave you don’t think a lot of people know 👀.

Back in her Hellfire Club days Emma Frost designed electronics, a device to swap psyches with Storm and a device that amped Mastermind's illusions so they could ensnare Jean. She's always portrayed as intelligent and strategic but we don't see niche skills like that nowadays.

Not so much a cool fact as wtf was that but the psylocke race/body swap was actually more of a chimera/splicing situation due to Spiral being messy. X-Men was weird back in the day

I don't know if this is a popular take but I really don't care all that much for the marvel cosmology stuff with eternity and phoenix and dominions and these conceptual entities and all that jazz. Sure as hell don't care to learn about the hierarchy of them all #xmen.

Deathbird's been around for decades and they still don't seem to have settled on whether she has wings or not, and if so, what type of wings and where they're attached to. Why? #xmen #Xspoilers.

When this flop era is over need more interactions between Emma and her former students. She should be a mutant leader again with Monet right alongside leading a team. Catseye should be living with her in panther form just for the c*nt factor. #xmen.

So, uncanny is still a whole load of nothing I guess? I don't think any current comics are handling the fallout from Krakoa well. Krakoa should have been a paradigm shift, even without the island it makes little sense for mutants to be in this position #xmen #xspoilers.
