A day of R&R for the boys today after being full on so far. Canal walk shopping mall followed by some touch rugby at Camps Bay and then a Moroccan themed dinner with tagines and different kebabs.#RGS2023SA

Fantastic afternoon at @CapeCanopyTour for the boys before transferring to our second hotel of the trip before evening meal. Rest day tomorrow for the boys with some much needed R&R with some shopping and time on the beach #RGS2023SA
