Hove's latest blue plaque at the gates of St Ann's Well Gardens. The plaque was funded by the Sussex Industrial Archaeological Society and unveiled by the Mayor of B&H with a great-niece of the Short brothers in attendance. #SIAS

On 9 August at 2pm in St Ann's Well Gardens, Hove, the Sussex Industrial Archaeology Society will be unveiling a Blue Plaque to the Short Brothers, pioneers of aviation who tested their coal gas air balloons in the gardens. All welcome.
