players can enter the enemy grid but doing so spawns damaging crystals that can only be destroyed by chaining tiles. this encourages careful movement and prevents the player from spending too much time in the enemy grid. #screenshotsaturday #GameMaker #gamedev #indiedev

i'm currently reworking the playable characters. the oracle no longer has reduced stats. instead, ghosts appear during combat to attack you with a variety of weapons (which is a more interesting way to challenge the player) #screenshotsaturday #GameMaker #gamedev #indiedev
