True. We don’t say we aren’t changing anything ever, we say we’re not changing anything immediately. Until trust is built, and especially until a new owner understands the biz, it’s the easiest way to immediately create fear and panic.

Man, this is so freaking huge of a point to make. Time and time again within manufacturing, it's hostile takeover and scoffs at everything you've built up to that point.
I've seen really successful startups just get completely wiped b/c of it

I really like that you've built a repeatable and humane playbook for this. Thursday snacks without the seller (post-walk-around relationship building) is great.
