In the last ~2 wks, RCCL’s Icon of the Seas, appears to have had 3 MAJOR disasters. What’s going on? 1) acrylic on a water slide broke, injuring a male. 2) man attempted a “handstand” outside infinity pool, falling to deck below. 3) crew member stabbed another, before jumping.
