Perhaps one of the nicest things with USS has been maintaining the 2 game days in a week for players. I’ve watched one of our new Manchester teams get very close in a very short amount of time. I don’t think that would’ve happened with just the 1 game day in a week 😅

Fun fact: I own 350+ Funko Pops I’d say around 60% were bought for me give or take, and I haven’t had a new one since like 2021. Last time I checked the value of my collection, it was at around £5K-£6K. Don’t really have that much attachment to them except for a handful 😭

I feel like I can post what I'm doing today, so... I have my first cast coming up tonight! I'm casting some USS replays over at https://t.co/2dk5fcxFvn !! I'm a bit nervous but, should be good! if you guys wanna pop by at 7pm gmt or so, that would be super awesome! <3

Also I do want to say, I have not seen EVERY team in this list play, but I have seen most of them. There's also random shenanigans that can happen in a week like a player not being available or drama stuff etc. which can have big effects on lists like these! 🙏

END OF THREAD That was fun! And I am expecting to get a few of these wrong, or have people disagree with what I've put. I'm just an observer (actually) who enjoys watching Uni OW games. Feel free to do your own lists and compare it to mine :). Don't cook me too hard! 😅

1. Izaacs Dementia Ward We knew this was coming right? Even playing silly billy rein comps, they're still beating relatively strong teams. Unless some voodoo happens around the time of Grand Finals, I can't see a world in which Strathers don't just win NSE and/or USS.

2. Southampton Supermarine Southampton get a god roll of players on top of their already very good team. Have beaten Oxford twice but wasn't able to quite beat the Strathers team. Beaten everyone else. Will be surprised if they don't make it to Grand Finals at the very least.

3. Oxford Omnics I'm now into all my potential champions. Oxford once again field a very very strong team this year, but i'm not sure it's enough to topple Southampton or Strathers. Aside from them two, they've pretty much beaten everyone who has come their way.

4. Evil Jonkler Yeah, Evil Jonkler are still very good. Manage to win the series against Manchester and face Abertay for the 3rd time this Winter Split next week. I genuinely think that game could go either way. Also Ayzo is genuinely the goated NSE tank like wtf

5. Abercrazy Raccoon Now, I think i'm at all my potential finalists. And yes, I genuinely do believe that Abertay could make it to a Grand Final. They've gone v close with Evil Jonkler on 2 occasions, and have a similar roster to the team that made 3rd in spring 🫡
