Sleep: The Real King of The Court 🏀😴 A 2011 study found that Stanford basketball players who slept at least 10 hours a night for 4 weeks improved FT% by 9%, 3 Point % by 5.3% and sprint speed by 0.7 seconds compared to their normal sleep routine.
