Last night’s presentation of the ‘24 @WNBA Finals rematch (Liberty at Lynx) was the 3rd most watched non-Indiana regular season game ever on ESPN. Averaged 788K, peaked at 1.1M. (It’s OK to acknowledge that Fever games are in a class of their own when it comes to TV ratings.).

My favorite part of All Star weekend was the way the vets looked out for the rookies. Sabrina splitting her 3-pt contest winnings with Sonia Citron, Stewie passing the ball to Kiki Iriafen (on the opposing team) for a late 3. They looked out for the rooks, and I loved it.

Aliyah Boston’s efficiency has been off the charts in the last 4 games. Shooting 78% in that stretch (all w/o Caitlin Clark). She averages 12.8 FGA with CC and only 6.8 FGA w/o her, in similar minutes (31mg v 28mg). Could be poised for a monster scoring outburst when CC returns.

The @nyliberty & @minnesotalynx are playing the best basketball in the @WNBA right now. Interesting to note that the Lynx strength of schedule played is 12th and Liberty’s is 13th. The two teams aren’t scheduled to meet until July 30th (Commish Cup champ game is July 1st).
