Tshova Mbaiwa was helping the Bulawayo residents in many ways even during funerals they offered their services for FREE. The association had order, proper ranks, great customer service. A lot of young people were employed. It worked well with the community of Bulawayo.

So this afternoon I sat next to a gentlemen in a kombi from nowhere he started talking alone in a kombi.He was speaking about how he lost a wife and a baby this week at Mpilo Hospital in Bulawayo because there was no electricity. I could feel his pain as he spoke.
