This trip started in Doha with the rudest flight attendants I’ve ever encountered!! Then we get to Philly for our connection to RDU and our flight is delayed a few times until the pilot times out. Collectively that flight was delayed a total of 9 hours.

Hey @AmericanAir is it standard for you to take an hour to pull bags off a plane and get them to the belt? Not sure what is going on but this trip has had some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
