Non alcoholic beer is actually incredibly low calorie BECAUSE it doesn't contain alcohol. For most people it is about slowly weaning off of their drinking habits in a way that is slow and long term sustainable.
Can someone please explain non alcoholic beer to me? Why not just drink something that tastes good or is actually healthy?.

Actually too many people who live in apartments feel entitled to the peace and quiet you would get from a house. Your neighbors are too loud too early? Get some earplugs and stop worrying about them. They are just living their best life.
