I was used to run 110km/week and doing half marathons (1:22h) just for fun. For the last 1.5yrs I had two broken bones in my right foot, muscle & tendon injuries, multiple CT scans & Xrays, two MRT's and not the privilege of training. Thank god that time seems to be over! 🏃🚴🙏
