I’ve been working on how to catch myself when I’m having a negative thought, stopping it, and shifting to a more positive and productive one. It helps to improve my mood and get over bs quicker. The brain is a muscle. It can be trained.

Spent a year growing avocado trees. To wake up this morning to 1 completely eaten & gone from squirrels and the other one was half way gone. I am so devastated. Took for ever to grow them and they were doing so well. 😭
