Still a bill in Congress this aspect of Clear Skies legislation is a direct response to concerns, still unproven, about weather modification. It will have a long road ahead. Florida & Tennessee have passed laws but it is still in the pipeline across +20 states. What is needed is.
Clear Skies Act to stop omni war in the skies over USA, not a word here in Establishment circles including MSM. If Irish & European skies are being manipulated by weather weapons why are we not told? Course it will be written off as American paranoia…until the arrests follow.
