It seems much easier for kids with behavioral issues to get IEPs. The #FAPEdenied SLD kids sit quietly and suffer.
@Beanie0597 No, its not easy to get an IEP. Hundreds of families come to our org for help identifying a student with a disability, and most have been turned down, or an improper eval was completed, and they never end up with services. I’m not sure where the every kid with an issue has an IEP.
