Stevens today with some thoughts on Bill Chisholm as approval for his group to take over the #Celtics looms: "I'm a big fan. He's got a great way about him. I think he's very smart. He loves the Celtics. He didn't tak over at the easiest of times . but he's so level-headed."

Stevens on Hugo, who has said his transition to #Celtics has been hard:. "We told him to take a long weekend and then come to Boston a couple days later and he got there 2 days after he was drafted. He's probably he's going to be due for a rest here after Summer League's over."

Stevens: "We're watching all these guys all the time. I thought he did a really good job yesterday. He probably was the biggest reason we won the game, I thought.".

Stevens said Bassey decided to play with #Celtics after taking part in a series of practices: "I don't want to speak for him, what his goals might be, but obviously, he's a guy who's probably playing for what's next. we've paid attention to (him) from afar for a long time."

@CelticsCLNS Also hit on the Charles Bassey revelation within. It'll be difficult to fit him onto the roster as it stands, and Summer League players are free to be signed by anyone. Would say it's unlikely he remains with C's until we see a corresponding move. BOS has 14 guaranteed players.

Still, González impressed in his debut. They're throwing a lot of new terminology at him, challenging him to play different roles on offense and guard full court. He shot 3/5 3PT, but beat himself up over FT misses. He sounds like a pro @CelticsCLNS:
