It's used to dismiss us and actively makes our work and lives harder. Suggesting that we should "go out and get real jobs" underlines the fact you don't see what we do as work, and erases those that can't. Trans people, the disabled, and neurodivergent people...

Either are ineligible for the workplace, or aren't treated fairly. And even in "legitimate" jobs women are frequently sexually harassed in the workplace. But women owning and capitalizing on their sexuality on their own terms is where you speak up?
