One of our SP2 swimmers, Evie Corre, is currently undergoing the social action section of NCS. As part of this, her group is running a fete in order to raise money for their charity of choice, Prior's Court. Feel free to visit their stall this Friday and/or donate to the charity.

[3] This swimming year has been extremely turbulent for RSC with the loss of Lee, and we hope with David coming onboard from September, we will get back to a position of stability and a new set of goals for the club to strive towards.

[2] Swimming is a demanding sport and the coaches respect the effort you put in. The Tickover Program is a time to rest and allow the body to recover, for you to have time with friends and love ones, and to have that social time that is generously given up during the season.
