3. Distract Yourself🤔 Distraction helps divert negative thoughts. Take yourself out for a walk, engage creatively, or call a loved one. While doing this, ground yourself by focusing on what you can see, hear, smell, taste or feel. Offering yourself kindness is very important.

2. Talk About It 💬 Feelings of loneliness negatively impacts mental health. When struggling, it can be hard to reach out. Keeping things to yourself is burdensome, so sharing your thoughts with someone you trust can help you feel more connected and increase wellbeing!

1. Pizza Breathing🍕 When stressed, our breathing changes, causing distress. Breathing exercises help calm us. Visualise a pizza slice; as you inhale, imagine smelling it—cheesy, savoury, warm. Hold your breath for 3 seconds and exhale. Repeat until relaxed. Easy as pizza pie!

❗Why raising awareness is important❗ OCD is misunderstood, with it being casually used to refer to being neat or organised. In reality, OCD is challenging and complex. Minimising OCD to being "quirky" causes further stigma, leading to less help-seeking and received support.
