Today, I’m happy to share a long yet exciting thread, documenting my journey so far in world football. Notably, I started with zero connections in the industry. No ex-professional footballers in the family, no built-in network. Just social media and unlimited determination.

Juve have been trying to generate some income off him for years, and then, with just a single year, Gil Vicente managed to.

Statistically, it isn’t that easy, or, obvious, I’d say, to pick a move that’s supposedly ideal. Yet, it’s relatively easy to tell which move is far from being ideal. That’s why I’m always surprised when I spot moves where everyone expects things to work, against all odds.

Something that’s noteworthy:. Over the past several windows, there has been a growing trend of players, who might’ve picked the wrong/too big of a move for them, but, straight after, got the right move. At times, on a loan with an option to buy. There’s more awareness I reckon.

Attempting to analyze an intriguing transfer saga from a bit different lens, incorporating a (slight) understanding of the human brain and so the nature of decision-making processes.

Despite all that, I don’t see Isak as a rude/disrespectful person. There are two areas in our brain taking an active role in decision-making process:. — Amygdala, stands for emotionally-driven thinking. Reaches the end of its development in our teenage years. — Prefrontal.

Purely based on the posts published, by both sides, Newcastle is definitely my winner over here. Refusing to show weakness under pressure is, in my opinion, the right way to act. I don’t know Newcastle fans, but, it could be that they’re aren’t as happy with Isak as before.

A new proposal from @CMSgov under @DrOz wants to add catheters, ostomy & trach supplies to Medicare’s competitive bidding program. This is a bad idea and will worsen outcomes for seniors & Medicare recipients. My latest in @MedPageToday explains why ⬇️

As long as there’s no violation of his contract, by Newcastle, I don’t understand what makes Isak think he must be free to leave. Unfortunately, such cases too often with players. Occasionally, through manipulations made by agents and intermediaries. A contract is a contract.

Maccabi Tel Aviv is now, as a matter of fact, an established, powerful brand in world football. Selling Gloukh to Salzburg, now at Ajax. Milson to Zvezda. Daniel Peretz to FC Bayern, now at HSV. Patati to AZ. Could’ve sold Roy Revivo to FC København. The list keeps going.

Kindly, look at it purely through football lens. In the context of Israeli football, a club selling a foreign winger for 6M€, is extraordinary. That was accomplished with Milson last year. Afterwards, purchasing 60% of Santos’ player, Wesley Patati, as a replacement. Now,.

When credit is stolen, talent walks away. You present a creative idea. It becomes a major success. Your boss takes the credit. For many scouting interns, this is reality. They keep trying but still never get paid. Owners, look inside your organization. That is exploitation.

Something that I deeply appreciate in Oscar Gloukh and his environment is their decision-making when it comes to carefully analyzing his next moves. Upon signing for Red Bull Salzburg, the boy has had different options. Equivalently, prior to his signing for Ajax yesterday.

That’s gonna be interesting:. Current champions of Georgia, FC Iberia 1999, and the current leaders as well, have announced the arrival of Afonso Lindo. 21-year-old, CB, 193cm tall, Angolan descent, ex-Middlesbrough with 40+ apps in PL2. Dominant, clever. One to watch. 🇦🇴 🇬🇪

Eintracht Frankfurt must be one of the smartest teams across the T5 leagues when it comes to recruitment. They know what it takes to create a scale. Not because the scouting is extraordinary, they just know the market. Bits of CV, knowing he’d smash the Bundesliga, and boom. 100.
